On 13 May 2025, the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital project, commenced construction. As a key component of Neutech Group's five-in-one ecosystem  which will further improve the healthcare and wellness service system, promote the in-depth integration of healthcare and education, and promote the synergistic development of wellness and mind tour, accelerating the advancement of the “education-healthcare-wellness and mind tour” ecosystem of the Group in a new stage.

In 2024, the Group leveraged the “Education + Technology + Services” tri-engine model and pursued integrated development across education, healthcare, wellness, and mind tour to drive strategic transformation. This cross-business synergy sustained steady growth: During the reporting period, the Group achieved revenue of approximately RMB2.042 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.1%.
